Online Courses Info
Admissions Process:
The admission start date will be announced one month prior to the batch starts in the ‘Resources Page’. You may apply for the online courses by filling the online form updated here. Click the button available on this page ‘Online Registration Form’.
The teachers will also circulate this information to your WhatsApp groups for the Alumni students.
You are required to keep scanned versions or photographs of the following documents ready before you start the application process:
- A recent passport size photograph of yours (should be clear and not older than 6 months)
- ID Proof – any one (Aadhar Card/ Voter ID/ Driver’s License/ College ID/ Pan Card/ Ration Card)
- Proof of highest educational qualification (Mark sheet/ Passing Certificate/ Graduation degree)
- Proof of completing the previous level course if applying for an intermediate/advanced course (Passing/Participation Certificate from JBV or equivalent)
Admission Confirmation Info :
Once all the admissions are closed, you will receive a confirmation email and be added to your course’s Whatsapp group by the course teacher. All the course information will be shared on that group, so please make sure that you diligently follow it.
If you have joined more than one course, then you will be part of multiple Whatsapp groups. We request you to follow each one and post the appropriate response in the correct group.
How to join an ‘Online Classes’ :
- After you have applied, we will verify your documents and if they are in order, you will be admitted into your course (if seats are available)
- You will get an email confirming your admission. (Please make sure we have your correct e-mail ID and whatsapp number).
- You will then have to download the Zoom App on your phone or computer.
